Executive Summary
As a student of the M.S. of Instructional Design and Technology program at the University of Tampa, I have had many opportunities to develop my skills and apply my knowledge of instructional design. As an employee of Syft, a GHX Company, I have utilized programs such as Camtasia, SurveyMonkey, and PowToon to create practical training for hospital clientele and internal Syft associates. Some specific applications of Instructional Design skills I have utilized are the design of PowerPoint presentations, collaboration with Subject Matter Experts(SMEs), recording and editing scripted storyboards for training materials, and report analysis for training sites in a Learning Management System(LMS).

Before being employed as an Instructional Designer, I held a position as an Admissions Counselor at The University of Tampa. In my role, I worked alongside high school students and families to assist them through the process of college admissions. This experience ranged from presenting daily information sessions before campus tours; answering questions related to financial aid, housing, and academic advising; supervising enrollment management call center students, and attending college fairs as a representative of the University. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was also responsible for hosting live virtual college admissions presentations for virtual college fairs and admitted student receptions.

My undergraduate degree in Applied Sociology was also obtained from the University of Tampa. I earned a minor in Leadership Studies for my service as a University of Tampa Diplomat, PEACE volunteer, SPEAR mentor for first-generation college students, and various public speaking engagements on behalf of the University.
